What services do you offer?
We offer on-site yoga and meditation exercises for any workplace or company that would like to provide it to their employees. We also offer consultative services for corporate retreats or workshops.
How far do you travel to provide services?
For weekly classes, we travel to Salt Lake City and its surrounding areas. For corporate retreats/events, we travel anywhere in the world!
How much are your services?
Please see our pricing section - reach out to us for the password to view. We are able to give discounts based on how many classes you sign up for. Corporate retreats/workshops/specialty events, please reach out to us for pricing.
Do I need to provide a space for you to teach my employees?
Yes. A conference room, break room, or open area works great. If the weather permits, we could use a courtyard or outside area. Depending on how many employees and depending on whether we will be doing yoga with mats or seated meditation will also determine the size of the space.
How long is each session, how often, and what time?
Each yoga or meditation session is usually one hour. Yoga will usually be the entire hour, with meditation being half an hour of stretches, half hour of meditation. Classes are as often as you'd like! Once a week, twice a week, every day - that is up to you. Classes are usually during your work hours - or before the work day or during lunch - that is also up to you and whatever works best for your company and your employees.
But some of my employees have never done yoga before! Is experience needed?
Absolutely no experience needed. This is an all levels class with practical and useful exercises your employees can take with them. They will learn stretching & meditative tools to help them cope with stresses of the workday.
What should my employees wear to your class?
Comfortable clothes (T-shirt, sweatpants, leggings) and no socks or shoes. Most people will not break a sweat.
Do we need to provide every employee with a yoga mat?
No. Employees are more than welcome to bring their own mat, but otherwise, we will provide mats for everyone.
When I have been sitting at my desk in front of a computer the majority of the day quite often I get both tension headaches and migraines. On the days I decide to step away and join in and practice yoga with Noel I not only come back from my break feeling relaxed, but my headaches literally go away within the hour. The funny thing is colleagues of mine can always tell when I come back from doing yoga because they say "you look so zen, you must have just done yoga.

This yoga class definitely helped me feel relaxed and refreshed for the rest of the day. I am a huge believer in the benefits of yoga in general, but especially believe in its positive effect in the workplace. Sitting at desks promotes bad posture which yoga can help relieve.

The practice was zen. Work is stressful. Life is stressful. Your practice tosses that down the river leaving a refreshed body, mind and spirit for the rest of the day.

I go to Noel's yoga class once a week during my lunch hour. It's my favorite/most productive day of the week. I'm stuck at a desk all day so I'm so thankful for her class! I can focus so much better after and I'm reenergized. I'd HIGHLY recommend her.

I felt much more loose and relaxed after the session. It felt very refreshing. The rest of my day was a great day. I do think that it helped me get started on the right foot for the day and thus helped me be more productive. I do think it is beneficial to have yoga in life, including the workplace.
Brock Cutler, Qzzr
My intention for the yoga practice was to have a peaceful heart, and I was able to bring that to important meetings for the rest of the day. It definitely helped me be at my best and do my best work.

As someone who had never tried yoga before I was surprised at how refreshed and relaxed it made me feel. I think yoga in the work place is a great way to reenergize and refocus after the daily stresses work can bring. Thank you Noel for the great experience!

Noel is professional, accommodating, gives clear instructions, offers several options for those who aren't as skilled in yoga, and she's genuine. She really cares about her clients and captivates the room with her instruction. I am so glad we did this! My team won't stop raving about what a nice change this was and a great way to start their days. Thank you, Noel!

Hi, I'm Noel
I started practicing yoga in 2006 and was immediately hooked. It wasn't until years later that I would actually realize how yoga's true benefits could be applied in my every day life, as well as everyone else's lives.
After years of working in the high-stress marketing & sales industry, it started to wear on me. My energy was low, I was irritable, and stressed out to the max. I also noticed my co-workers were in the same state as me. This unhealthy negativity surrounded the office and affected productivity and performance in the workplace. The endless office snacks and sitting at a cubicle all day did not help.
I turned back to yoga as an outlet to help me cope. I started to do yoga at work on my lunch breaks and immediately noticed its results. I felt re-freshed, relaxed, re-newed! I loved this feeling so much that I wanted to share it with my fellow co-workers. I started guiding some co-workers through yoga practices and meditations and they also loved the results. This gave me the idea for BLOOM.
After getting certified to teach through Centered City Yoga's training school, I set out to spread yoga and good vibes to offices and workplaces in Utah. I believe when we feel good, we do good. That's my mission.
